The Challenge
The local pizza shop was experiencing operational challenges during peak hours. High customer volume led to long queues, especially on Friday and Saturday evenings. The in-store ordering process was slow, with customers waiting to be served before they could even place their order. The app allows users to browse the complete menu with mouth-watering photos and detailed descriptions, customize pizzas with multiple topping options and combinations, place orders with special instructions, pay securely online using multiple payment methods, choose between pickup or delivery with address management, receive real-time notifications when order is being prepared, ready, and out for delivery, track delivery in real-time on a map, save favorite orders for quick reordering, and access loyalty rewards and special offers.
